I present a theoretical framework for understanding different types of access to art and explore how barriers to access are distributed in European countries and how countries differ in levels of cultural equality.

Mapping the Networked Landscape of Social Justice in Local Arts Agencies
Presenter: Rachel Skaggs
Using social network analysis, I examine organizational patterning of attention to cultural equity, asking: How is attention to individual social identity dimensions of cultural equity patterned in mission statements of Local Arts Agencies?
